P2 Gold Inc. is a precious metals and copper exploration company founded by a management team with a proven track record of discovery and successfully developing exploration projects into mines.  P2 is focused on advancing its gold-copper Gabbs Project on the Walker-Lane Trend in Nevada to production with a robust preliminary economic assessment completed in September 2023.  P2 also holds an interest in the gold-copper BAM exploration project in BC’s Golden Triangle, which has potential to host a significant gold-copper porphyry system.

Preliminary Economic Assessment

The Gabbs Project, which has significant expansion potential, hosts an Indicated Mineral Resource of 1.058 million ounces of gold equivalent or 0.676 million ounces of gold, 1.964 million ounces of silver and 261.3 million pounds of copper (42.3 million tonnes grading 0.50 g/t gold, 2.8 g/t silver and 0.28% copper) and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 1.358 million ounces of gold equivalent or 0.895 million ounces of gold, 1.885 million ounces of silver and 304.0 million pounds of copper (55.2 million tonnes grading 0.50 g/t gold, 2.1 g/t silver and 0.25% copper).  Access is good, with Nevada Highway 361 and Gabbs Pole Line Road crossing the property. A powerline also crosses the property, and a major transmission line is located within 30 kilometers. Access to water by permit is available.

BAM’s Monarch Gold Zone was first discovered by P2 in 2020, and the historic Jan Zone on the property hosts a copper deposit. The initial Mineral Resource estimate for the near-surface mineralization at the Monarch Gold Zone comprises 520,000 ounces of gold in an Inferred Mineral Resource (27.2 million tonnes grading 0.59 grams per tonne gold).  Exploration work is focused on locating the source of the near-surface mineralization.
